complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us.
You can complain about our lessons and service, or about how we use your information or your child’s. Use the form below or email contact@tipu-learn.com. Either way, a person reads it.
Worried about a child’s safety? Do not wait for a complaints process. Go to our safeguarding page, which says who to tell and how.

What happens next.
About our lessons or service
We acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days. The form does it straight away, by email. We then send you a full answer within 14 days.
If you are not happy with our answer, ask us to look again. A director of Tipu will review it and write to you with our final answer.
If we still cannot agree, we will say so in writing, name an independent dispute-resolution service, and tell you whether we will use it. None of this affects your legal rights. Citizens Advice can explain them.
About your information, or your child’s
This covers anything about how we collect, use, share or keep personal information. We acknowledge it within 30 days. The form does it straight away, by email.
We then look into it without undue delay, keep you told how it is going, and write to you with the outcome. Within 30 days you will have either our answer or an update on when to expect it.
If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator. They usually ask you to complain to us first.
Not sure which?
Choose “Something else” on the form. We will tell you how we are handling it, and you will hear from us within 30 days.
Young people can complain for themselves, or a parent or someone they trust can do it for them. Our page for young people explains what we keep about them.

What you send arrives as an email in our office inbox. It is not saved to your account or our database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is filling in the form, and our email provider, Resend, delivers the messages. We only use what you send to handle your complaint. Our privacy notice says more.
