Analytics is the only optional thing we store. It is off until you say yes, and you can change your answer here at any time.

Signing in. When you log in, our login provider (Supabase) sets cookies that keep you signed in. They cannot be read by the page’s own scripts. They end when you sign out, or at most 24 hours after you last used the site.

Bot checks. Our sign-in, sign-up, enquiry and complaint forms run Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a script, is filling them in.

Small conveniences. Your browser remembers which dashboard invitations you have dismissed and where you had scrolled the timetable, plus your answer on this page. None of it leaves your device.

The introductory-call calendar is Calendly’s. It loads only when you press “Show available times” on your dashboard. Calendly then sets cookies to run the booking and, if you agree in Calendly’s own cookie banner, for its analytics and marketing. See Calendly’s privacy notice (opens in a new tab).

When a page breaks, we send a report of the error to PostHog, our analytics provider, so we can fix it. It holds the error, the page address and details of your device and browser, such as the screen size and operating system. It never includes your name or email address. If you have said yes to analytics, it is linked to your account ID, as your analytics are. Nothing is stored on your device to send it.

We do this without asking because the law allows it when it is strictly needed to find faults in the service you are using. We use these reports to find and fix faults, and for nothing else.

With your permission, PostHog sets a cookie so we can count visits, see which pages help, and see where people give up on a form. On our tutors’, parents’ and admin dashboards it links that to your account ID and role, never your name or email.

We do not record screens, clicks or what you type, and nothing is tracked on students’ pages, whatever answer was given on that browser. PostHog stores the data in the EU.
