A tutor mid-session with a student

the full team

One team around one child.

For families who want their child's education handled rather than managed by themselves.

who it's for

When one tutor was never going to be enough.

Usually that means one of a few things. Several subjects going at once with no system holding them together. A student who needs more than teaching, whether that’s structure, confidence, or someone outside the family to be honest with. A year with something significant in it — mocks, entrance exams, UCAS, a return to school.

Or simply having tried tutoring before and found that it didn’t stick, not because the tutor was bad but because nobody was holding the whole thing together.

who's around your child

One team, one plan, one person you can message.

Everyone does one thing, and does it properly. Nobody is carrying six jobs at once.

  • One person, from the first call onwards. They know your child, they coordinate everyone else, they aim to write to you each Friday, and they tell you the truth when something isn't working. You never have to work out who to ask.

  • One tutor per subject, matched to your child's exam board and to how they learn. Usually the same tutor in the same slot, week after week.

  • Works around the lessons rather than in them. Revision systems that actually get used, workload and organisation, exam nerves, subject and university choices, and the ordinary business of keeping going in February.

  • Specialists we can bring in when the year calls for them, such as admissions and interview preparation, scheduling support for athletes and performers, coursework and EPQ supervision, or exam technique before mocks and finals. A neurodiversity lead sets how your child's sessions run and aims to brief each new tutor before they start. They come in when they're needed and step back when they're not.

  • Written feedback after every session — what was covered, what was hard, what happens next. Not a tick sheet, an actual account. We aim to send a note home each Friday too: the week in one message.

  • If a tutor is ill or moves on, the rest of the team already knows your child. Nothing goes back to the beginning.

not a fixed template

We build the team the year actually calls for.

If your child is applying to Oxford, we look for someone who sat that interview. If they're training six days a week, we look for someone who's built a study week around a training block before.

what it costs

One price every 4 weeks, not a per-lesson bill.

Built from what we agree

A price every 4 weeks built from the subjects and hours we agree, shown line by line before you say yes. Each subject is its own line, and so is mentoring if your child has it.

Quoted after the call

We’ll put the quote together once we know the shape of the year, and we’d rather do that than name a number before understanding what you’re dealing with.

Let's work out the shape of the year.

One 15-minute call. We'll quote once we know what you're dealing with.
